Verified Renter I have enjoyed living here at Cortland Vizcaya, the place is beautiful & the apartments homes are so nice & the maintenance is awesome they start working on your issue within the day or next day! The worse the problem the more priority you take over the other calls. I had a leak on Easter Day & one of the maintenance crew came to fix the issue within the hour.
Verified Renter It's living in a Resort It's very pretty outdoors and the management team is on point. If you have any issues the maintenance tech guys are Super Fast and well trained. Parking space are very good if you have a SUV or Pick up the have an extra room for your truck. Pool area is beautiful. The community events are cool. Its very quiet and residents are friendly. I tell my friends that I live in Vizcaya Resort by Cortland :-)

The management is awesome and the people working at the front desk are very kind and helpful ! The amenities are great . I would highly recommend living here.

Verified Renter The big problem is trash problem, All apartments neighbors leave their trash outside without no baskets and it stays for a whole day. I have called the office but there’s no change
Verified Renter Great office and maintenance staff. Any time I call with a question the front office is always available and very friendly. The maintenance team also does a great job with making sure that all work orders are completed correctly and there is never a long wait.
