Verified Renter Nothing everyone is great and professional especially Janelle and Mari(I think thats her name she Spanish and works as a leasing agent) Stacy the property manager is phenomenal and the very one person who blew me away and made me want to call Cortland Vizcaya my home is Christine shes a GEM. The maintenance staff is always professional and timely with their response to my service requests.

Verified Renter One of the best apartment communities I have ever lived in. Everyone is very courteous, professional, & helpful. Beautiful apartments with many extras. I can honestly say my only complaint would be parking. Not much especially when you come home late from work. Other than that , great place to live!

Verified Renter Vizcaya is a wonderful place to live. The staff is great and complex is always kept in tip top shape . Its very family friendly but even with many children the noise level is never out of control . If I wasnt looking to purchase a home Id definitely stay here forever .

Verified Renter I would send out an appartment wide memo about picking up after there dog's. Also making a suggestion to tie poop bags to there leash to make it convenient for them to be able to pick up the poop. There needs to be a reminder that they will be fined. And remind people this is supposed to be a completely smoke free property. For them to stop smoking in breese ways, cars,or walking around property. Including marijuana! We are still a drug free state.
