Absolutely Perfect! I’ve lived at Cortland for one year and will be signing another lease with them this week. I do not have one negative thing to say about them! Great location and affordable rent. Service has always been very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

DO NOT RENT HERE! New management is absolutely terrible. The managers are unresponsive and the leasing agents aren't knowledgeable or friendly. The parking is outrageous($100 fee to replace a guest pass that is a simple piece of laminate paper). The noise from upstairs neighbors is ridiculous and trash is always overflowing. My car was broken into once through my sunroof and there are children who run through the community knocking on doors and running. The property is covered in dog poo. Verified Renter Been living here for about 2 1/2 months and I can say that being here has surpass my expectations. Maintenance requests are done in a very timely manner and if you're looking for quiet, this place is very quiet especially during the weekends.

Marlon made the transition as easy as possible , and Janelle was so kind and attentive when I did my first official walk through of the unit in person.
