Great Communication I had been looking in the Katy/Houston area for an apartment and met with tons of properties to see where would be best to move to. I was also confused on how the leasing process worked and wanted to be 100% sure I was comfortable moving to a property. I then visited Cortland Viscaya and then I met with Brianna T. She guided me throughout the leasing process and answered all of my questions. I felt management was a great form of support and will highly recommend the property to my friends.

Very nice complex Very nice complex in a quiet area. The staff & neighbors are friendly. I love that it’s gated, makes you feel safe. The pool area is very nice & always clean.

Great Place Overall, clean and up to date. The staff was very helpful and friendly when it came to any questions or concerns I had. The pool was the highlight. They keep it clean as well as the pool area which is a plus for me.

Very nice place to live. My daughter lives here, her and I love both love the place. They have a lot of nice amenities for the residents.
