Verified Renter Being at Cortland has been a positive experience no they are not perfect but the cleanliness the prompt response after expresssing a concern . The amenities such as the valet for trash and the pool are all A1 very impressive .
Verified Renter Cortland Vizcaya has been amazing.. quick to service the few maintenance requests, they’re always doing something fun at the office or having a food truck out for residents, I love living here. Safe, clean and fun!

Beautiful Community I’ve been a tenant here at Vizcaya for almost two months now. The entire community is beautiful from the pond with ducks walking the community to all of the nice amenities. My place is very spacious, maintence always comes in a timely fashion and the valet trash never fails to pick up!. The application process was very simple and everyone kept me updated. Love love love this place! Highly recommend everyone to apply if you’re looking! You won’t regret it

Love the property Visited my friend who lives here and I have to say the property is very well kept up. My lease is ending soon and I plan to move here if possible. Super excited to move to cortland vizcaya! Front office was super nice too.
