We have also gone without a dishwasher for a week while not recieving the 48 hour guarantee. I would not recommend living in this complex.

Overall, this is... (Verified Renter) Overall, this is still a good place to live, although not as good as it once was as resident pride in the community has fallen. Location is excellent to transportation (Light rail and highways), shopping, restaurants and local activities. Communication can be spotty at times but the management works hard to correct problems.
