Not a good place to live There are infested with roaches and no sense of community. Maintenance doesn’t work either.. run from this complex.
Verified Renter Cortland has been great, any problems ( which hasn’t been many ) has been resolved in a timely manner. The staff is very polite, and professional.
FANTASTIC!!!! I recently toured this complex and all I can say is wow. I met with Jasmine and she walked me through the entire model apartment, the complex, showed me the dog park, the pool looks amazing and I had a 1000 questions and she answered them all. I'm hoping I get approved to move in. I can't wait

Super Welcoming! Lauren has been very kind and has personally led me through the entire process from applying to moving in. I really appreciated all of her support. She and the Cortland community have been very welcoming and I am excited to move in. My only upset was in relation to setting up my initial rent and move-in date; my move-in had to be postponed due to the background check not arriving in time, which led to my rent rising. Although I had already signed on a set amount, I understand why these had to be changed.

Great community I really loved this community. The atmosphere and Place is like something you cannot describe. My favorite part was touring with Jay she was so great.
