Verified Renter I have moved here since August 2019 and I am still waiting on Maintenance to come fix the issue requests. I was told by staff and online about the 48 hour policy if maintenance isnt in by then you get free rent until the time they will come. If I do have a bill this month I will be highly surprised because maintenance has still not come and I should be getting free rent according to the policy.
