There is dog... (Verified Renter) There is dog poop on every square foot of the land scape. The gym is open 24hr due to fob not functioning properly which is a safety issue for women. Anyone outside could have access! Must bring water to gym because water fountain does not work. Which is another health hazard for dehydration. Trash is left outside the some doors all weekend, creating a small in the hallway.
Great community to... (Verified Renter) Great community to live in and its perfectly placed in university, great food, bus and train line only minutes away, and uncc is literally a skip and a hop away. I may never leave.
Overall living at... (Verified Renter) Overall living at the University Center is a very pleasant experience. I have been a resident for 5 years and enjoy this community. There has been very few issues which is to be expected at any apartment community. The upgrades the past few years have been great. I feel safe here as security is a priority of the staff.
