The hallways are... (Verified Renter) The hallways are usually always filthy. Its definitely hard to catch if youre not going in and out of that building. However they should be checked more frequently. Spills and trash have sat in my hallway for like a week. Overall the sidewalks and parking lots are clean for the most part.

University City Apartments 2018 After living here for a year, I am still happy I went with this location. The staff are all really nice and willing to work with you on anything that may come up. The facility management staff are all great too. Had only a couple small maintenance issues (A/C, dishwasher, outlets), and they were all fixed within a day of requesting a service.(Note: these were all simple solutions and not at the fault of facility integrity, I only bring them up to show how quickly a potential issue will be reso... read more
Very limited parking... (Verified Renter) Very limited parking spaces. Wishing a month of moving here, car got broken into... in a sense was forced to get a garage due to the first two statements.
