Verified Renter I love living here, whenever i see a neighbor theyre friendly. The 24/7 is great for my schedule. My buddy HikMat in the office is amazing!!!!
Verified Renter Very kind staff, helps out with any needs to get them resolved in a fast, orderly manner. Everyone ensures residents are abiding by community policies and exterior of apartments are well kept. Overall, not many complaints besides the normal for most apartments.
Verified Renter I like living here but when I cant use certain amenities because its locked up or out order is a problem. Its a problem because they are not notifying tenants about the issues.

I love living... (Verified Renter) I love living at University Center Apartments! I feel valued as a resident and if I ever I needed anything, it was addressed very quickly. One day, one of the office staff members was driving by and saw we putting a small bag of trash in my trunk and he offered to take it for me! (So sorry that I can't remember his name). No one has ever done that before. I would recommend living here, and I actually have to a few friends! Overall, a great place to live!
Verified Renter This is a nice affordable place to live. The staff is personable but not to the point of excessively so. I have lived in the same complex since December 1, 2010 and planning to be here.
