Wonderful place to live staff is very helpful and the maintenance team is always on point
By far the worst complex I have ever lived in. Management is horrible and have ignored all of my issues. The neighbors above me let their children run and jump on the floors all day and since there is hardwood flooring up there I can hear everything. Do not rent here. This place needs to close asap.
The leasing office non experienced people working in it. My move out was WRONG three times to correct it, they will charge you for things like a 130 for blinds two pieces was missing mind you I took a video of my apartment before I moved out because I trust no one! The neighbors double park no one is going to stop them. Great staff! They go the extra mile for their tenants. Local business are within walking distance. Also several schools are within walking distance. I will renew my lease again this year!

Hi there, for anyone looking to move to The Bend at Broad, I would exercise caution. My first 2 months were ok, nothing too crazy outside of apartment living with noise, parking, etc, the ladies in the office were nice and maintenance requests were either acknowledged or addressed within 24hrs. However, this past weekend someone broke into my garage, and a few other units next to mine. The leasing office/property is aware of the incident, yet have no plans to further secure these units. Very poor Maintenance and Service.Issue is not resolved after 5 days despite calling to staff.
I lived at this apartment building for 13 months. The amenities and apartment units at this property are amazing. However, my rating reflects the management at the property. Unfortunately, the tower was designed with only two elevators, including the elevator used for moving. We were only rarely informed when elevator reservations were made, and waits for the elevator could take a long time. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Where to begin? Well, let’s start with the easy part (since there is so little): the good. After living here for about 2 years, the only good I have witnessed is the maintenance staff and parcel pending. Every interaction with maintenance was pleasant, and there were many. Do not be misled by the appearance of the apartments. They are very cheaply built, so we have had quite a few instances where maintenance had to come make repairs.
