Hôtel à fuir : punaises de lit constatées à notre arrivée (j’ai une vidéo mais je ne peux pas la poster dans les avis Google ) Nous avions réservé dans cet hôtel pour 3 personnes, pour 2 nuits. Quand nous sommes arrivées nous avons été accueillies par le manager de l’hôtel. Ce dernier ne nous a pas conduit jusqu’à notre chambre. Nous sommes passées devant les salles du petit déjeuner/dîner qui sentaient une odeur suspecte. Booked for three nights, stayed for two. It was not good. Arrival: Girlfriend had to carry two suitcases on her own to the second floor (I was bringing the car back to the airport). The person working there wished her good luck. The room: Smelled horrible upon arrival, window was shut. It was really hot, no fan available. Had to sleep with the window open, since it is located on a busy street do not expect much sleep. Constant noise of traffic. Bed was on the small side. We had room 10 which would not be ideal for older or guest with lots of luggage, final stairs were very steep and narrow. However there where lots of other rooms that would accessible without stairs. Location excellent, from the Airport 3 stops away which was ideal for our late arrival into Edinburgh. Bus stops close by, gets you into Edinburgh city within 20 min maybe less when the Festival is not on.
