RecommendedI LOVE corral boots but bought a pair and the metal part was hurting my toe. When I asked if there was anything that could be done they said nothing could be done and that I’d have to go to where I purchased them and resolve the problem them. Very unhelpful and you’d hope they’d stand behind what they make! Customer service not very helpful.
Ordered a pair for my fiancé as a surprise to wear with her wedding dress. I ordered them a month ago and they’re still NOT here! Their shipping is the worst I have ever seen in my life! Will never give them another dime.
my boots starting falling apart within 2 months, highly disappointed
This is the worst experience ever. You had me sign for boots and it took three days to track them down. On top of that I had to return them I was told 1-2 business days to be refunded. That you couldn’t get me the correct boots by my wedding. I called yesterday another person said 5-10 business days for a refund. And not someone else said 7-10 business days. Everyone I talked to woad rude and disrescptful and short. This is the utmost worst experience I have ever had and I will NOT recommend anyone I know to use your company... read more
