These boots are the most uncomfortable boots I have ever worn. They look beautiful but will never buy another pair. You have to wear them for a few hours before you find out just how uncomfortable they are to wear. Now I can’t get a refund because I wore them and bought from a store that carries them. Take boots to Vegas I’m half a mile from hotel heel comes apart. Now I have tacks sticking out of particle board. No way that is leather. These boots cost too much to be such poor quality.

I would give a 0 star!! Their quality went to quantity. I’ve owned several Corral boots and here lately I’m being to doubt them. I bought a pair of boots on 01/15/2020, wore them the next day and the left one was making a ticking noise. I went back to the retailer to try and exchange them but they didn’t have them in my size. Customer service is terrible!!!! I have been calling nonstop and just trying to get a refund at this point and they are refusing my refund (which I have never heard a company refuse a thing like this) I have only had my boots for atleast 3 months I got them back in October and my soles are literally torn and there are seams along the side of the sole just give me my money back and I’ll give y’all the boots! I am trying to reach someone about a defective pair of boots ...I love my Corral's but bought a pair for my husband heel fell off after a couple wears. some one answer my message please!!!!!!!!
I have tried 3 times to order replacement brass studs for my boots and I am told they will be mailed but they never arrived.
