I purchased a pair of Corral boots in Nashville, TN for my birthday in March. I wore them only once back home (NH) to a country concert and the nails in the sole begun to protrude out. As well, the soles were extremely worn out after one wear. I was extremely disappointed! I spoke to customer service via email at Corral and they advised there was nothing they could do about it my Boots and I would need to go to go back to where I had purchased them to get a refund or an exchange. We bought our daughter a pair of boots in February. They soles are completely ruined already. Typically my kids out grow shoes before ruining them. We were really hoping that these would last because of the hefty price tag. I also emailed customer service twice and haven’t heard anything back. We are Very disappointed and we will not be buying this brand or recommending it to any one.
Terrible quality. I have had mine for about a year and have worn them very seldom. I already have a hole in the bottom!
I bought my boots less than a ago and love them wear them every day they are made of cheap quality tried racing out to three company and they refuse to answer and help. My boots are ripping and this company doesn't care about their customers. I had a lot of pestering questions about the Corral Chameleon's and whoever was answering messages today (5-16-18) answered all of them with no fuss! Even checked with the designer to ensure they could properly answer me! THAT'S AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT THERE! Thank you so much! One way or another I will be wearing Corral boots in my wedding �
Customer service is a joke. Absolutely NO help. Will not be buying Corral again.
