EDIT. An investigation was opened at senior level and the factory, the damage was deemed a manufacturing error and they are sending a new pair. I have always loved my Frye boots, but when I got my first pair of Corral boots, it was like heaven. They felt good like they were made for my feet. They were stylish but comfortable. After I bought them the next day, I walked in a Veteran's Day ceremony with ease. I would highly recommend them, but definitely try them on first and walk in them before leaving the store. Every pair of boots are made differently. I already have 3 more pairs picked out!

I had bought a pair of corral boots that I thought were going to be some of the best boots I have ever bought. I have only wore them out a hand full of times and they are falling apart at the strap on the top (a place you wouldn't think they would come apart) If you ask me it is ridiculous that I have paid the money for them that I did for them to fall apart. I got a pair of the wedding boots and the bottoms cracked after only wearing them once! I called right away where I bought them from sent them back and that was in June!! I’ve been told that they will be in every month and now told any day now they will be on their way with a new pair of boots and now it’s going to be October!! This is BS !!! Got a pair of the wedding boots at the end of June and after wearing them one night both boots had cracks along each side of them!!!! They cost soooo much and after 1 night !! That is very poor quality!!! I sent the boots back for a replacement pair yet I have still not got them 2 months later and now I’ve been told again they will be here the beginning of October!!!!
