I have to PRAISE the customer sales rep Mel. First, I was shocked to speak to a live person when I learned the boots I had ordered for my wedding were sold out. Mel not only answered immediately, she even helped me pick out an alternative pair that were equally as suitable for what I wanted to wear with my wedding dress!!!!!!!!
