Just got my boots after placing an order 3 weeks ago. When I got my boots the first time, they were the wrong pair. Wrong color, wrong size, but the same boot number. Talked to customer service, got the right pair ordered and was told they’d be here at my address with in a week. Sent the wrong pair back. Week later, no boots. Called CS again and was told my boots were in a warehouse in Mexico. The shipment had to go thorough a long process at customs, then to Texas and then to my house. 3 week late birthday gift. I cannot say enough good things about this company! I had ordered a special pair of boots for an anniversary photo session from a third party company (that will go unnamed). After 3 weeks they informed me that my order would not arrive in time, and my entire photo session was going to be ruined because our family outfits were purchased around the boots and photography had already been locked in. I do not recommend purchasing corral boots. There's a manufacturer defect on the pair of boots that I purchased: the leather inside was Miss stitched to the outside, not being completely stitched all the way around the shaft of the boot. Their customer service can't do anything about it. I reckon it's my fault because I got so excited I found the perfect boots for my engagement photos and wedding, that I didn't look over the darn things. Good luck. Customer service 👎

I bought boots back in august that I loved! They didn’t fit, so I returned them. I never got my refund. They called and said they received my boots and will get refunded in the next few days. A few months go by and they tell me I’ll have my money soon, and that they are switching banks. I called multiple times since then and they tell me the lady is out to lunch and she will call back. It’s 8 months later and I don’t have the boots nor the 200 dollars I spent on them.

I wear my boots daily at a trail ride facility I operate. I get lots of compliments on my Corral Boots. They are extremely comfortable but due to the sheer mileage I put on them the soles did wear through. I took them to a shoe repair and had them resoled with rubber soles. They look and feel like new again I hope to get a few more years out of them.

Customer service....what customer service? I sent an email out about embellishments falling off a brand new pair of boots after wearing once. No response. Then messaged them and was told to forward said email to another address. Still no reply back.
