customer service is not good. bought a pair online and it clearly says returns accepted for sizing issues. I wanted to exchange for a half size larger. I have spoke to two women and they have said they dont know how to handle the issue and would get back to me in a week. It has been 2 weeks now. I will never purchase another pair again amd hopefully I will be able to return them.
I've attempted contact Corral Boots who have looked at my messages though they have still not replied. I bought a very expensive pair of boots that I adore but the heel is cracked!!! I want to know how to go about getting them replaced or fixed as they have likely been this way since day one (i always noticed a weird sound when when I wore them but never saw rocks or nails protruding).
