WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE (MICE AND ROACHES) I can’t believe how bad it is here I have never seen a complex with so many problems I thought maybe they fixed the problem but absolutely not...VERY SAD
They’re okay, but I’d never move back unless I was desperate. I live here and at first it was fine. The walls are thin as paper so you hear and smell almost everything coming from other peoples townhomes. The office will charge you without justification and automatically assume they’re in the right until you prove them wrong.
Very Friendly The Cornerstone Townhomes are a nice place to live I've been here a year and haven't had any problems and the office staff are very friendly and if there's a problem with your unit maintenance this is there the same day

Do not move here! They are infested with mice and roaches. Do not let this new management fool you. Their maintenance workers are theives throughout my entire lease this man came into my apartment unauthorized several times. They stole out of my apartment and the office refused to do anything about it and completely justified his actions.
MICE INFESTATION This place needs to be completely bull dozed. The mice are terrible and the office does not care to do anything about it.
Horrible place to live! Nasty! Yuk yuk Gross. They dont deserve a star... These need to be tore down. My section everyone but 2 townhouses has roaches n mice. My daughter picked up a roach and ate it and the office manager carilu said thats ok. ITS NOT OK!!!! Second my daughter crawls aroubd on the floor and she turns blacks. They promised to rug scrub our carpet that didnt happen. Then they promised to give us new carpet that didnt happen.. EWWWWWW......... These apartments are so nasty, my apartment was infested with roaches and mice. My neighbors are crackheads and drug dealers. I wouldn't recommend this nasty place to anyone.
Nice staff Poor maintenance when we moved in the apartment was horribly put together window had a bullet hole in it and some doors were missing knobs. The place is infested with pest and insects as well. Our neighbors moved in and found roaches as they were moving in and we were battling a mice issue. We moved in and noticed mice soon after and when we called to complain they said that we were just one of many with this issue. Great staff My Husband and I have found a place that we can call home, it's conveniently located near everything, the staff very friendly welcomed us like family, we have made a house into a home and will be here until the end of time.
