My Experience has been Great for the Past Year. Tenant James Jackson I haven't had any maintenance issues as of yet. The property is secluded which is a plus even though it's a side by side unit. Neighbors are wonderful. What's exciting is the events that are being held for the community to share. Oh and I was surprised about the salt buckets with scoops with shovels for the with winter snow for the walkway. Accessable parking for my unit is a plus. Located very close to my job site is a plus. Avoid this place Management will put on the fake friendly act while signing the lease, but let you have an issue and their attitude changes. They are extremely rude and unprofessional people who should not be running a place of business. They can’t even hold a conversation with an unhappy tenant. Their office is kept closed to avoid confrontation. So easy to hang up on an upset tenant and not have to deal with. Just save your time and money and look elsewhere.
Spend your money elsewhere Poor management. You’re wasting your money here, they don’t have lights outside in breezeways for safety. Bad neighbor, they only care about their money. Please view before buying.
Great place, Wonderful managment and staff team I've been here for 2 years. Every issue that has come up has always been quickly resolved. I can't give enough thanks and appreciation to Gabriela and her staff. Everyone is courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Great managment really does make a difference in living in rentals!
My home is here... I moved in October 29019, and have been pleased with my choice. The management addresses concerns and requests. The Maintenance staff are also quite helpful and quick to respond. I have never had an issue here with pest or rodents, and the property is well maintained. The neighbors are also helpful, friendly and personable. I am very pleased and satisfied being a resident here and hope to be here for years to come.
So far so good I haven't moved in yet, but so far my experience with the office has been decent. I did my application Gabriella was very helpful with the process and very knowledgeable about everything. I'm excited to call this place home.
Comfortable townhomes Love the complex and the new laundry room. I've lived here for over a year and Gabriela has been very helpful and nice enough to go out of her way to help me when I needed it. Very understanding. I noticed that they have someone cleaning the property every morning and they are doing their part in keeping it nice for us.
Management is Horrible The managerial staff at this apartment complex are lower than low. They are unprofessional and they fail to respond to work orders and if they do they are subpair. I just moved out after dealing with them for 12 months. In that 12 months span, I had to call maintenance for roaches more than 4 times, only to then be told that their was an infestation in the unit next door, that had not been dealt with properly, the water pressure is low, the 4th eye on my stove did not work the whole time I was there an... read more
Move in I havent Moved in here yet because they basically lied about when move in date was. I was Supposed to move on 22nd of January. They said they’d call on the 15th and when they called, a week from that day would be my move in date. They’ve never Called when they’re scheduled to. Naturally because I was Told I’d be moving in two weeks, I packed All my stuff. Ready to go in a week. My move in date got pushed to the very very end of January.
