I called in on the off chance of requesting a slight repair to my Nomination bracelet which I had had as a gift and really liked. I was told they could only exchange and I was offered a new one. The surprise came when I was told I could keep the original one too. I am so so grateful to the staff at this jewellers-you have really made my day. Over the last few years I have bought many pieces of jewellery from this shop and always found them pleasant and helpful but they were exceptional this week when I had lost a chain on a Linda Macdonald necklace that I had received as a gift just two days previous, I returned to the shop with the pendant explaining that the catch must have been faulty but had not got the chain to prove it they replaced the chain immediately and apologised for my inconvenience. A brilliant jewellery shop with excellent service.
Very helpful and so glad they will be still doing nomination charms. Can't wait till they do online orders. I will be watching for updates
