The reason why all these reviews read the same is because it’s true! Imagine going to a gym where the instructors really know their stuff & actually want to know and help you. Where the members are friendly & want each other to achieve their goals. Where you always feel physically & mentally better once you’ve been. It’s more of a Core-mmunity than a gym Only thing questionable are the playlists but you end up loving them too!

Over 17 years since last going to a gym and I’m so glad I found Core 300 Burton. All the PT’s are great and really supportive and knowledgeable and all the other members are so encouraging too. Well on the way with my fitness journey and know I’ll smash it with the support from Core💪🏻👍🏻

I’ve always hated gyms, I’ve avoided them because they don’t make me feel like I can do my best. At Core300, this is the total opposite. I joined the six week challenge and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done to help support and motivate me for my health, body and fitness. The coaches are awesome so friendly and helpful, always supporting and encouraging giving good advice. I now look forward to going even if that means getting up at 5am for the 6am classes.
