Spent a weekend here with my husband and our dog, and can safely say this was one of our best mini hols! We stayed in Heather Hut for two nights. It is perfect for a couple, equipped really well, we did not miss a thing. Very comfy and clean, although small but had a place for everything to put away. We took our elderly British Bulldog, who struggles with stairs so everything being on ground floor was perfect for her, and so as the big green field in front of the hut. Lovely location with two totally private shepherd huts plus barn accommodation. Wonderful hosts and magnificent views.
We had the most wonderful 2 days in the "Heather hut" for a surprise birthday trip! Beautifully presented, warm and cosy with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Amazing wood-burner hot tub with views out over the landscape. We'll be back!
An absolute hidden gem! From the moment we arrived we enjoyed every minute. The hosts were there to greet us and even came over with bowls and treats for our dog and made a fuss of him. They showed us how everything worked and left us to it. The view was incredible and absolutely gorgeous watching the sunset. The hut has everything you could possibly need and more: air fryer, microwave, coffee machine, shower gel and shampoo, board games, books.
