Went in to look at a Rolex and there was quite a cold attitude from the staff. Told to use the website but it doesn’t work. Missed sale.

My partner and I went in to get an engagement ring. We certainly didn't expect to be treated like royalty, but we were disappointed with the attude of the shop staff. It felt like we were buying a pint of milk! We had to have the ring sent away to be resized and was told it would be back by the end of the week... the following week I had to phone them to find out where it had got to. Due to poor opening times (only Thu, Fri & Sat 0930 to 1530) made it very difficult for a working person to catch them open. Sorry, we wouldn't... read more

I visited Coopers yesterday with three broken ear rings and a old ring that I never wore thinking I'd maybe get about £30 if I was lucky and I actually got over £100! I was very surprised at this. It's really worth keeping hold of odds and sods to exchange for cash.
