After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. My daughter and I had dinner there. It was excellent! I had the spaghetti. I actually tasted all the herbs and spices that I usually miss cooking the dish at home because my sauce drowns it out. The portions were big enough for two . Jake our waiter was excellent. I was in there in july of 2015 and couldn't remember the name of the wine I liked. Jake gave is tastings and I told him I liked the sparkling part of the first wine and the sweetness of the second wine and he knew exactly what the wibe was and came back with the on... read more
Our bartender James was amazing! Very personal and felt like he was our best friend right off the bat! Plus the wine was amazing!!!!

Delicious! Lettuce wraps were great and the fish sandwich was too. Love the September wine! Not usually a white wine drinker but it is crisp and refreshing!

We ALWAYS enjoy an evening at Cooper's Hawk Winery. However...we were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that they've done away with the cheese flights. Yep...done away with them COMPLETELY. We heard that it didn't do well in the Chicago market because, in Chicago, you have the resources to purchase artisan cheeses. HOWEVER, we're in Indiana, & we don't have those resources. BRING BACK THE CHEESE!!!
