The nurses yesterday took very good care of my son during his MRI. It was his first one and they were very patient and caring with him and myself.

My son was rushed to Cooper Trauma Center on 10/1/16 ,with a severed artery and his hand was cut badly...he lost a huge amount of blood and was unresponsive upon arrival!I got the news my son was cut and airlifted to Cooper, so I called and they said he was restricted and no info over the phone!I understand patient safety,and security but why didn't any one call his family?When I arrived as a Mom I almost had a heart attack because I was in Panic all the way to Cooper and I live in Cumberland County!The Security escorted dow... read more

I had stage 4 lymphoma cancer. Dr ferber did an excellent job treating me. Thank you very much. Right now I am having problems with billing department. Has been ongoing since February very very rude. Sent my bill to collections and they will not work with me to get resolved. Very rude to me!!

I must say we not just I, but my family were truly truly truly so happy with the excellent service from the ER to room care , the nurses, doctors, therapists food service, environmental services all around compassion and very nice to my husband during his stay. he is a stroke survivor and he felt the love thank you so very much ! ❤

Saved my life on Sept 10th 2009.. I should be dead or brain dead but your doctors and nurses went above and beyond n completely changed my life forever!!! I'm very blessed that I was taken to Cooper because I doubt I'd be alive if I was brought anywhere else. Your trauma unit is absolutely amazing!! My Mom told me a nurse named Heather was extra amazing!! My family was kept up to date with everything that happened with me!! So THANK YOU COOPER FOR SAVING ME!!!!! Your hospital is the best in New Jersey!!!

Cooper University Hospital is a sanctuary of healing, expertise, professional excellence, and exemplary patient-centered and family-centered LOVE. It's design, amenities, and cleanliness are wonderful. The staff was nice and friendly but when my mother went to her room, there was no call button...the nurse was supposed to find one. During the night my mom was having difficulty breathing and was yelling and yelling for help because she had no way of calling the nurse. This caused her to panic of course and her oxygen levels fell causing her to be put on a bipap machine and brought to an intermediate care floor. She also had some heart issues from the episode. The entire thing could have been prevented.
