Dr.Steven Yocom- the best spine surgeon ever!!!!
We received wonderful care at the Children's Hospital this week when my daughter was admitted through the ER. Doctors, nurses, all the staff including the med student who 'drove' our case, all were caring and efficient, focused on the best outcome for us. We feel like they gave us some answers!
Went in for back surgery. Everyone was so nice , I was well taken care of. My pain was taken care of .I would recommend Dr.Yocom to everyone who needs neurosurgery! !! And Cooper hospital! !!!

I had an amazing experience there. (Although they though I was lying to them about drug use until my tests came back ). However. I was treated with respect and I hope other hospitals in the state take their example.
I ALMOST DIED from their INCOMPETENT Dr. Adam Elfant when I went in for a ERCP and he with malice, shoved the instrument through my bile duct causing a PUNCTURE to both my pancreas and stomach thereby causing me to become critically injured!! I wound up intubated on a respirator for TWO WEEKS and remained in critical condition with multiple infections and so many surgeries to try to close the incision which was almost the length of my entire upper body but because I had so much swelling , they failed to be able to close the ... read more
This is worst experience I have had in health care system. I went in for a procedure for oral surgery , was pre approved by insurance for the procedure and then received the entire bill saying insurance denied it. Cooper never sent the pcp referral letter to my insurance and my insurance kept on asking them for it. Now it's too late and my insurance won't cover it. Went for my post op examination to Cooper at Voorhees yesterday and again in the tradition outstanding service from the administrative workers to the medical staff. My experience during my surgery is beyond words the professionalism from every Cooper employee from the nursing staff, technical staff and the food service staff was an experience I will forever cherish. The professionalism and the kindness combined shows why you are the best in everything you do.
