What does it say when Cooper University Hospital won’t respond to our requests for information after our mother dies unexpectedly in their care at Cooper University Hospital. We live out of town and are trying to get information regarding our monther’s sudden passing. What are they hiding? Why won’t they have the appropriate people talk to us? Horribly inept incompetent organization. Cannot get any assistance from any of the office staff unless you post negative comments on social media. They change billing systems and cannot manage to apply a prepayment to an outstanding charge but can send me to collections even after i wrote to them and sent a copy of my account showing no amount due with the prepayment. In the future i will make sure i go to virtua or across the river to a competent medical institution Now i will contact better business bureau and report their... read more
