I have been waiting four months for my operation report to be sent to my OBGYN. This is the most unacceptable thing ever! I have a high risk pregnancy right now and cannot schedule my c-section without that report! I am so disgusted with this hospital!

The absolute worst. Radiology dept allowed my paralyzed brother to fall of table. Broken shoulder, 4 ribs, both hips and his pelvis. You will not claim responsibility and have left him with no resources. He can no longer be cared for at home due to your negligence and he has nowhere to go. Disgraceful
