Nurses are rude and treat u like that we are a hassle to them or if we ask them for are meds or anything else that its like we are bothering them. doctors are excellent and very caring. the nurses on the 7th floor need to be monitored and supervised more when treating there patients. The nurses make us or me felt unwelcomed
Can almost say I had a good experience until the money eating parking garage machine did not scan my surgery coupon correctly and ripped me off my $6.00.. So they tell me to go to the cashier office did I get my money back? ???? No of course not. Don't build up hopes thinking you are paying $4.00 for parking and then proceed to rip you off...
I want to give a huge shout out to nurse Renee in the nicu unit. This has been so so hard for my fiancé, children , and I to be two hours away from our newest edition and not have him home with us yet. Renee by far is the best nurse who is there for more than just a pay check. Any time I have came in to visit and she has been taking care of our boy, he is always smelling so good, bed freshly made, and his feedings sky rocket when she is there. The best Cancer care facility. Our 2nd visit was just as good as the first. excellent staff on the 7th and ICU floors and continuing care in the doctor's offices

I have had nothing but a nightmare situation with Cooper. I do not recommend going here. It started off with the first physician I saw basically handing me off to another physician for surgery without having me meet with him. She didn't return my phone call for questions. I tried to get an explanation of the situation I was dealing with and recovery questions answered as well. Every visit I had, the medical assistants did not have my records correct. The fast track in the Emergency room is fantastic and the staff is very professional
Cooper gets 1 star because it's not possible to check zero stars. In my first trip, the doctors were mostly okay but the nurses left a lot to be desired. Everything was such a hassle for most of them. Then they stuck me with a "companion". What they really did was send me rules enforcers who made a big deal about everything, including my laying in bed but having my feet outside the blankets. That's "not allowed". They said I had a weak heart and would have an MRI, but that took 2 days to get me in there. When they said I'd h... read more
My niece was just in coopers. She was on the 7th floor and had one of the best nurse I ever seen in a while ,she was very helpful loving warm and made us feel very welcomed ....thank you ms Taylor Barger
