my fiancee Maria Petruzzi had her bladder removed on monday. it is now sunday. she is on the 8th floor. her care is horrific. she is dirty. she is in pain. her blood pressure is rising from stress over care and the nurse told her she needs anxiety meds. wtf. HER BED BROKE AT 3 AM AND GOT REPLACED AT 1PM. she was lopsided for 10 hrs. she couldnt lay on bedpan. let that sink in. her care is horrible. her cable tv isnt working. she is still there. i called and complained to the 8th floor charge nurse Samantha which finally got ... read more

We couldn’t have been happier with the care my father recently received at Cooper. The CCU Team went above and beyond to care for him and us in so many ways. Even with his passing there has been such an outpouring of love and care from the residents and attendings and specialists and nurses and techs. We are grateful for the incredible comfort he received and at the end of his life he was painless and restful in great part due to their constant care and attention. Thank you CCU team from the Endicott family!
