I can't believe the big hype about this mediocre "care center" Cooper used to be a really good hospital but now the care is questionable and the staff is rude and show no compassion! My son was in a car accident a few days ago and had no visible damage so despite the extreme pain he's still in they discharged him and gave him Percocet. He is short of breath and can barely stand up straight. I am truly disappointed at the nurses on the 9th floor and would never recommend anyone to come here for more than an ingrown toenail. Took a little while for Dr to see him, but all and all it wasn't too bad.
Last night I had an absolutely awful experience in the pediatric ER at cooper hospital. As a former per diem staff member I am appalled at the care that my 3 year old autistic daughter received. Dr. Drago was the least compassionate doctor I have encountered in a long time. My daughter collided with her cousin at her birthday party and cut just below her brown bone requiring stitches. Horrible place! Hope they found the C-II pain script for my daughter that recovery misplaced and I had to make another 50 minute trip to her doctor's office for a replacement. But thank goodness the CEO got a "Excellence" award while all this ridiculousness was going on.

Cooper took very good care of me, they were attentive, polite, -in fact, they excel in every way than any other hospital I've been to, I recently had a rediculously hellish experience at VIRTUA in Mount Holly, and I'm looking for a Lawyer to teach them a lesson on how to treat a patient, I'm going to Cooper from now on. ..

Got my mother checked into the ER at about 2:00pm. She needed a CT Scan with contrast Drank the contrast at about 5:30. Finally went down for Scan at 8:30 but got stuck in the elevator Camden Firefighters had to do an elevator rescue. I had to leave my 84 y/o mother at midnight and asked the RN to please call me at anytime with test results No call.
