nurses are always the best people of course they only come in to hand you pills. i always found most hosp. personnel to be accomadating, but they are there to do their job like take your blood or temperature at all hrs. day and night. and theres no sleeping with all those lights on. my complaint is i had a lousy breast surgeon, shes considered the top person there but my advice is if a surgeon cant show you pictures of their work then run. I can't give Cooper less than fair because for the past two years due to a near fatal car accident. I have been treated with the most highest standards. However, as of right now, while I'm writing this from my Trauma department bed I am desperate trying to find a Dr. Or someone who really cares about my treatment to talk about my pain management since this morning . They have managed my pain terribly and while I was due for pain medication at 7:40, it is 8:20 and I'm still waiting in excruciating pain.

Our experience at Cooper was extraordinary. The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and made us feel so very important during our stay. I highly recommend this medical facility.

Can't explain a bill - and have to wonder about Dr saying a 5 minute additional procedure (endoscopy) when already going to have a fully covered colonoscopy. Was this really for my health benefit or their pocketbook - covered to $2000 bill for me and more from the insurance company. Then they tell me that they can't break down my bill by procedure, so how do i know one was fully covered and the other that is over 90% the same costs 1 bed, 1 anesthesia, 1 recovery, 1 team of people - I get billed like its 2 totally separate p... read more

We are still in ER - no one checked on us - 3 hrs & counting. Vomiting & pain - so many here who do not need to be!!! What makes an emergency?

I have never been to a prison. I have though watched television programs showing the treatment and manner of your stay. I have just stepped into Camden Cooper Correctional Department. Not only do I wonder if my friend will get the car he needs but I'm worried he may get worse in this environment

I am very disgusted with the Cooper Bone & Joint practice in Cherry Hill! I brought paperwork in on my 9/1appointment to be filled out by the doctor for transportation through Access Link due to a right foot fracture and still don't have the paperwork. I even refaxed the paperwork I left in the office on Sept. 1st. I now call daily for the paperwork. 10 days later still have nothing!! It's now affecting my job! I have non weight bearing right foot fractures (3) and can't get to a bus stop or get up the steps on a bus for tha... read more
