We couldn't have been happier as tenants of Cooper Green Pooks. In our two years of tenancy, they never stepped a foot wrong. The onboarding process was easy and ending our tenancy due to buying a property was straightforward. Our Property Manager Matt was absolutely great, always there if we had any questions or needed anything. The only repair we needed during our tenancy was sorted within the week and communication was great throughout. I can't recommend CGP enough for anyone thinking of renting with them.
