This review is for their website and customer service only. I have never been to one of their physical locations. I have been a customer of CSI for almost 8 years and am very close to level 9 for their rewards program. They've always been very professional, especially with canceling and/or combining online orders (for things like free shipping). This combined with their constant sales keeps me coming back as a repeat customer.
Low prices, good selection, GREAT customer service. Quick shipping. Can't recommend more!

Only one time did I have an issue with coolstuff, and they resolved it with no further issues at all! I have been dealing with them for all card purchases, and even selling cards back! Very reliable and I don’t know what the issue is with some, but I have no problems with their customer service, they respond in a reasonable timeframe, and answer whatever questions I have. Keep up the great work coolstuffinc!
I've been a customer at Coolstuffinc for 6 years. I have never had to call them over any dispute on shipping or missing orders. Recently I ordered a few miniatures from them; upon checking the status they left a note saying one mini was missing and they refunded me the price. the only small gripe I have is that the minis I want are out of stock.
