its been 4 months since the game Nautilion was released, i got the presale, and CSI still doesnt have it yet, every game store got theirs except CSI and they make a bunch of excuses, they dont have it and the dont know when they will. first time buyer, really REALLY disappointed. the only reason im giving it 1 star is because i cant give 0
I placed two orders, one on the 5th of February and another one 11th of February. But I haven't received them yet, I've tried to contact them but they never give me a straight answer. In my experience this is terrible customers service. If I don't get my orders soon I will ask for my money back! They contacted me and gave me a my money back in the form of a gift card. I was very happy about that :D
