Very good at having a good selection and usually cheaper than other places. After shipping it is usually about the same amount but would rather choose cool stuff than amazon if it is the about the same. Just wish they kept hot games a little more in stock...sometimes they are sold out of things and you have to wait (especially if you cant make it to their location).
The website is sort of convenient but I ordered a package and payed $70 just so it can arrive by the 2/14. It's 2/13 and I haven't even received confirmation that my package has shipped. If this doesn't arrive tomorrow, I want my money back.
I've been going to Coolstuff for over three years, and I wouldn't trade my LGS for anything. Fantastic environment, fun friendly and helpful staff, fair prices and stock! CSG is the best!

Terribleness customer service. I ordered some games the day after Christmas and as of today 1/25 still no package. The order got messed up and I never received it. Their "customer service" in a disinterested monotone only say they don't know what happened. Well that's great so I have nothing but they have my money. They offer no solution only saying if it is returned to them they'll contact me to charge me to reship the package or refund me, minus the large shipping fee. Every order I have ever made comes in excellent time and the quality is as stated. The discount rewards service is an awesome idea too.
I buy individual miniatures through Cool Stuff, and I have placed about 20 orders over the last few years. The orders have always been accurate, well-packed, and shipped in a timely manner.
