I made an order for some cards and paid extra for priority first class which averages 2-3 days. I waited 6 days before I checked up on it and saw it got sent to the wrong state. I contacted them and they told me that it can take up to 9 days. It's currently day 10. Still no items. Checked tracking. It still has 2 days before it will be here... i also asked for a refund on the delivery and he told me no. Their customer service is lacking. If you need it fast don't go here. I've been ordering from CoolStuffInc for years and I've never had an issue. After reading some of the one star reviews, I can see who's never actually worked in the retail industry. It takes a lot of work and there are scammers everywhere. CoolStuff offers a great selection, great prices, an awesome rewards program and good people to help. I'm more than happy to leave 5 Stars!!!! Keep up the great work CSI
Ordered boxes from their website. They partially filled my order, refunded me, and then put even more stock online than they had previously for a higher price. Good business tactics. 15 years of scumbagging people.
Incredible Stock, and the rewards program is well worth it if you plan on buying a lot. I bought a few board games, and suddenly I was getting serious discounts on Magic singles, to the point where I always check CoolStuff first when looking to buy cards.
CSI used to be top notch. Rewards program is great and always quick shipment. Used to be my first choice for games. Now they are starting to, in some cases, charge OVER MSRP for product. They are no longer my "I would rather buy from" company.
Great prices and pretty decent stock of games. I live in Florida so its pretty easy for shipping. They have free shipping to their stores down here and free for over $100
I stopped ordering from them entirely, and tell people to avoid them. I ordered a Heroclix figure, and when it arrived, was missing its stat card. When I emailed them, they refunded me half the cost. I argued that no one would purposely order a figure missing its card, and the figure was useless without it. After several emails, they claimed they refunded the rest of the amount - they refunded only part of it. That was enough to move on to Troll and Toad.
