I am a very happy repeat customer. My board game collection continues to grow.
Bought a number of board games and miniatures for xwing never had a problem
Repeated problems with orders being shipped on time. Need cards for a event on the weekend won't receive till the fallow week. Site shows being sent out on one date but tracking info shows being sent out one to two days later.
insane prices, great selection etc. the stuff even came early, actually amazing tbh
Never went in to the jacksonville location until today. Staff were awesome and kind, the store was very clean, very organized, and fun to be at. DEFINITELY going again.
The customer service with Coolstuffinc is outstanding; better even than Amazon. I had a problem with an item (product defect, no problem with Coolstuffinc) and they shipped the replacement ASAP, no questions asked. Great people, they answer their phones, they know their products, just outstanding all the way around.
This site is pretty good! This site is how I get some of my Yu-gi-oh cards that aren't from Structure decks or cards I just couldn't get my hands on. I would recommend to anyone who wants to collect cards and get cards that they need, but are illusive for them to find!
