Quick delivery and great customer service when I call. I always check for games at cool stuff before any other online retailer.
Shipping eats up any savings typically. Looked like I was going to save $12, then after I submitted my order realized shipping was $14...Amazon was cheaper when you considered their shipping costs. Update...now also looks like the $14 may have gotten me a package in limbo.
Have had problems with them in the past. And have had an issue with them not honoring a product order on a recent sale. Make sure you read the terms on their website. If you decide to do a mass buy of a product be prepared for them to no honor that purchase. Their reward system and fast shipping is worth at least a 2 star rating. Will probably continue to shop here but I will also be looking at their competitors much more often. They are no longer a 100% go to store for me even though I'm at level 8 in their reward program.
Just opened our Christmas shipment to find the completely wrong order. No way to get in touch since it's after 5:00 (5:10pm when we tried to call) and no online customer service to speak of. Very disappointing from such a highly rated board game store. Definitely will use Amazon next time.

Great service and free shipping on all orders over $100. I've been a fan for years. They normally have the best prices out there, but when you add the level up feature in, the prices get even better!
