Basic shipping takes too long and some sort of tracking should be available for this level of of shipping and isn't .... Needless to say my peace of mind is shaken.

Order placed was not order received. Wow!! Someone at Coolstuffinc can't figure out the difference between 2 Heroclix figures on the order and only placing one of those figures in the box. Order 2 Iron Legion from Age of Ultron, but only one made it into the box. Also no invoice was in the box, which is also unprofessional.
