Ordered 6 foil Magic: The Gathering cards through the website. Shipping speed was great! However, the cards that I purchased were supposed to be in Near Mint/Mint condition. All but one card had scratches, clouding, and/or breaks in the foiling. I responded about this via email and was sent back a repeat message about my package being delivered. After doing business for over the past 2 years. An order I placed in November 2016 still hasn't arrived to this day. Not willing to do anything to fix it!
Absolutely terrible customer service! A misunderstanding lead to my order being held. Was then told I'd receive free FedEx so it would arrive before Christmas, then changed back to flat rate. Called and was told AGAIN that I would receive free FedEx, but received a voicemail 30min later stating free FedEx was "unavailable". On returning the call I was given no explanation, because the gentleman "did not know the details." Overall terrible first, and last, experience with this company
I started to order the page from last August and i have to say amazing place to buy card. The price is actually not much expensive but always manage to come on time or sooner, if you order something with free shipping just only take three days, or the 0.99 shipping just take 5 days, way better shipping and service then TCG player. If i have any questions about my order i always receive repsonse very soon. Very glad with your service, keep up the good work.
