Love this place. Good prices and great selection! I preorder all my Arkham Horror LCG stuff here. I only ask that they start a subscription service! That would definitely earn them a sixth star of excellence!

Did not deliver, refused to refund. No notification e-mail sent indicating the item was even ever sent. Got a gift certificate credit as a "one time courtesy" but informed that this is not their normal policy, claiming once it's sent it's out of their hands. My complex has locked mailboxes so it couldn't have been stolen. Either it was never sent or USPS failed to deliver it... which has never happened to me before.

I've order A LOT of stuff from CSI over the years ranging from Magic Cards to Heroclix to Dice Masters to a wide array of boardgames. Their prices are fantastic. Free shipping on orders over $100 is icing on the cake. The customer service team is extremely attentive and very helpful.
