Great service, adjusted sale item price en route! Saw something I had recently ordered drop in price and called to ask about the return policy. Since it was still on its way/hadn't been delivered yet they gave me the sale price and refunded the difference. I mostly buy my @X-Wing stuff at Miniature Market since they are a little cheaper but Cool Stuff has a much better board game selection, but they've earned a customer for sure!
I received a quick reply to a complaint I made in a very timely manner. They offered to replace damaged items at no cost to me. Customer service was excellent.
Called ahead to make sure an item was in stock. Employee responded "Uh yeah I think we have some on the storefront." I drove there and requested said item, and was informed the item was not in stock.
I continue to buy from them at least once or twice a year and have never had any issues. Fair prices, good rewards program, good service.
Prices are almost half of what I'd pay at my local board game shop. That is pretty nuts on its own. Really good selection and so far only one item I've looked for was unavailable. Shipping is usually about a week also and that's not bad for a flat rate of 6 bucks to me in the US. Rewards program might as well be non-existent, but 1% off is better than paying MSRP I guess?
If you have another option I strongly recommend you to use it. It is a really bad service.
