Raised the shipping from 5 to 10. removed Australia from the list of countries they shipped to. What ya expect from a US company. USA are shitheads they just hate australia
Best site to buy magic cards
Placed an order only because they had the cards I was looking for, so I paid the extra shipping and added other cards to the order. Order came late, the card that I specifically ordered (Spyral Gear - Big Red II Super rare English) came in the wrong god damn rarity, and all they do is say sorry and make a refund. Don't even try to fix the order they just say sorry and give a refund. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.
Twice they have cost me tournament fees by their error. They shipped my package to the wrong store and sent me the wrong card for a miniature. They have terrible customer service as the store blames Fedex or the Warehouse.
Really bad shipping support,lost a package in USPS,they really don't care if you loose package.
I placed an order recently for a specific card for a good price. I tried to buy 16 but the limit on shopping cart was 12, i accepted it. The price was 8.99 a card. After a few days ive noticed they only sent out 8 of the ordered 12 so i sent a mail asking whats going on. Apparantly someone decided (without communication) to take out 4 cards out of my order. When i checked they priced the card at 9.99 and now (2 days later) it is priced at 11.99. Absolutely discusting so they cut down my order to make more profit theirselves.... read more
