While they have a good selection and prices I was extremely disappointed with the fact I placed an order on 11/24 and requested 2 day shipping and paid $30 for it. I received the email that the label was created and ready for shipment and “shipped” on 11/27 with the tracking info. I have been checking the fedex website everyday and it just now on 12/3 actually left the facility and is in transit! I want a refund of my $30 because that is ridiculous and just bad business!
Unfortunately, and after years of purchases from this site, I’ve finally had a very frustrating purchase experience where a damaged item was replaced with another damaged item, then finally that was replaced with a defective item (defect was on the outside), and then they tried to get me to just deal with the manufacturer. They did finally allow me to ship the ‘defective’ one back for a final refund, but only after a quick back and forth. Unfortunately, I never got the product I ordered over a month ago. Frustrating.

Using FedEx as the only shipping option is terrible. I would rather have a 100% USPS option and pay a little more than ever deal with FedEx again. Will not order from again without shipping option change.
I’ve placed several orders and they’ve all been great. They goofed up one order once (a simple mistake) but they were very quick to remedy the situation. Oh and they have great prices and fast shipping too. And great prices on shipping!!
My last order cost me arround U$90, I ordered some cards and the tracking number was untrackable beyond some point, I dont know what they declared in my order, if they sent me what I bought or sent anything else, I sent an email more than a week ago, and I'm still waiting some answer (that will never come, lets be honest) they care about money, not customers, as an international customer, follow my advice, never order anything with them!
I did my first order recently and was very impressed. Along with getting a sealed Booster Box I went against my normal judgement to buy a few loose packs. I always assume the loose packs are set aside after something sealed has yielded most of the good pulls. Imagine my pleasant surprise with this Articuno GX!
This is probably my favorite online card store. There prices are always very reasonable, even their non-mint cards are usually in great shape.
Fantastic customer service. I called and an actual person picked up: he was very kind and helpful. That makes a big difference for me. Also, good selection and good prices. Recommended!
