Sent me wrong rarities twice in a row. I ordered cards in higher rarities but they keep sending me the cheaper variant.
Not anymore 😔. There sells are starting to blow....
I ordered several copies of a single card from their website. I had to do this over a few different orders (paying shipping every order) as they have a 12 card per order limit which is dumb in itself. I emailed them to tell them the order #s and to merge them into one package. They decided to cancel 3 of my orders and refund me because there was a 'jump in demand' on the particular card I was buying. There was no jump in demand. Turns out they've relisted the card at a higher price. Trash business.

The manager Jordan was a huge help to me in settling an order snafu I had. Glad they have a staff that goes above and beyond to make sure we have the things we love.

Do not do business with them. Sold them a selection of cards and they came back offering me $100 less than agreed upon price. After the fact, would not cancel buy order and stated I'd have to pay return shipping or order more cards to get the so called damaged ones back. They are shady and dishonest! Avoid completely!
Not happy with the mailing service. I ordered some cards about a month ago and they still haven't arrived. Apparently they were sitting in a warehouse and marked as "shipped." I called and was told to give it a week. Still nothing. Called again and told again to give it another week. Again, still nothing. Here I am giving yet another week and very impatient and dissatisfied with Coolstuff.
