Ordered cards online last July 31 and haven't receive them. Send alot of emails for assistance but nobody really is helping. Saying the cards were return to US and someone will be contacting me. Now the Shipping Manager is out of town and I need to wait. This is a nightmare purchasing from a known company
ordered a number of pokemon cards from them. everything came in 3 days and every card was there. even the played cards were in great condition. 5 stars from me. will do business with them again!

I reached out to Coolstuffinc.com to buy my Heroclix collection and after a week I was told to inventory my collection so I did (took me 3 days to do that but I understand) After I sent my collection list over, 2 weeks passed and no response. Don't waste your time, they don't care about customers. Go to Troll and Toad instead
