Used to be my main go-to for ordering board games online, but lately they seem to have a big issue getting new releases in on time... making my preorders wait while other online competitors have these new items in stock. Guess I'll start using the competitors...
Poorly protected for shipping. Books sent in envelope. Expect damaged goods.
Scummy sellers listed with an HP photo only to send a card even more damaged claiming it is a stock HP photo.
Horrible customer service! No response other then, "maybe your neighbor got the shipment", when shipped order never showed up.
ordered on the 3rd. Hasn't shipped. not answering phones.
They sell products they don't have. They ship orders and forget some things. They never ship in a timely manner. Yeah they mark it as shipped, but then never take it to the post until 5 days later.
figure arrived broken, and current shipping method is to throw everything in a bad and pack it with paper. I understand that paper is biodegradable, but there's other things to use that provide more support than that

when they say their going to ship your order it be nice if they did and not wait 3 days till after it should have been shipped to do so.
